Order Changes:

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 956-442-4014.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or placed with a supplier.

Order Cancellations :

Cancellation requests must be made before the order is processed or specially ordered.

Once an order has been processed, shipped, or placed as a special order with a supplier, cancellation may no longer be available.

Deposits :

Deposits may be required for special orders, preorders, custom orders, and certain promotional or live-sale purchases.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable once an order has been placed with the supplier or the item has been specially ordered for the customer.

Preorders & Special Orders:

Estimated arrival dates for preorders and special-order merchandise are estimates and may change due to supplier availability, manufacturing delays, customs, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers will be notified of significant changes when possible.
